Alhadas is a municipality in the district of Aveiro in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 11,026, in an area of 24.57 km². It had 10,327 inhabitants in 2001. The municipality is composed of four freguesias. Alhadas, Lavos, Rio Meão, and Travanca.
